Thailand has given one more reason to all the Indian passport holders to travel this year, as Thailand cabinet has approved a measure to temporarily waive the visa-on-arrival fees for Indians. The measure is taken to boost the tourism inflow as there was seen a slight slump last year especially from China.

The tropical destination favored by many will now exempt visa fee of tourists from 21 countries, which is of 2,000 baht Rs 4,385 for the time period between December 1 and January 31. This waiver will make travelling to Thailand much more in the budget.

Although the duration of the stay in the country will remain the same, which is of 15 days there will be a lot of saving you will be doing on your tickets and visa fee, making Thailand be the most favorable destination to visit this new year’s eve.
